Alaskan Gold sheared 13.4 lbs and ranked TOP 1% in BOTH Fleece Weight AND Staple Length for all EPD samples submitted in 2016! All of the judges he showed under gave credit to his fleece characteristics and appreciated his stout and straight conformation as well. Denali, an Athabaskan (indigenous people in Alaska) word meaning "The Great One", and boy does Denali live up to that meaning! He may have been a slow starter as a juvie, but he gets better and better as a yearling and I don't see that trend stopping. We opted to shear him as he had a fleece break, and his regrowth is nothing short of amazing. He will definitely be one to watch this coming spring as he continues to mature. To say that I am looking forward to putting this boy to work as a herdsire is an understatement!

Rum Raisin's Dam, Cream Bruleè's pedigree is a Who's Who of some of the top Accoyo genetics such as Accoyo Jackpot, Accoyo Esse, and Pperuvian Ramilio blended with the style and color of "the Headmaster"Mahogany Prince, BBFAI Azalea, Supreme Champion Kobe of PVA and Diamonte of PVA. Her dense, well-locked fleece can be attributed to both sides of her parentage. Her Sire, Balboa racked up 16 Halter Championships-- 13 Color Championships and 3 Reserve Championships. Then at the 2008 AOBA National Fleece Show, Balboa was awarded First Place and Reserve Color Championship. His fleece also received a Special Award at Nationals for Best Suri Locks. Her cria production is also consistent with replications each year no matter what color she is bred to. Rum produced a beautiful light fawn female by Aston in June of 2025!

We are super excited to add this stunning female to our foundation herd. Why wouldn't we be? Her fiber is stunning, dripping with luster, super dense and fantastic lock structure! All of that on a very well conformed frame! She was the youngest in her class at the quad shows in IA in the fall of 2020, and still came away with two reserve championships and one color championship!
